3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Have a valid email address for receiving alerts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription & Pricing

KikaPay operates on a subscription-based model. Pricing and subscription details are available on our website and pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the stated subscription fee for your selected tier
• Allow automatic renewal unless you cancel in advance
• Notify us of any billing issues within 30 days

Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is available upon request.

5. Business Profile Information

When setting up your profile, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and current
• You have authority to provide this information on behalf of your business
• Your business description genuinely reflects your capabilities and services
• You will update your profile to maintain accuracy

6. AI Matching & Alerts

KikaPay uses artificial intelligence to match tenders to your business profile. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every alert will perfectly match your capabilities or interests. You are responsible for reviewing each tender alert and determining if it is suitable for your business. The quality of matches may vary based on the completeness and accuracy of your business profile.

7. Tender Information & Disclaimer

KikaPay provides tender information sourced from publicly available government and organization websites. We strive to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not warrant that:

• All tender information is error-free or complete
• Alerts are sent without delay
• Information has not changed since we received it

You are responsible for verifying all tender information directly with the source organization before submitting a bid.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of KikaPay, you agree to:

• Use our platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all tender submission rules and requirements
• Not use our platform to deceive or defraud tender-issuing organizations
• Not submit false bids or misrepresent your business capabilities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

9. Prohibited Activities

• Bid on tenders you are not genuinely qualified for
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal bidding practices

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by KikaPay or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. The tender information we provide is curated from publicly available sources; we do not claim ownership of the original tender documents.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KikaPay shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business opportunities or revenue due to missed alerts
• Inaccuracies in tender information or AI matching
• Any third-party tender organization's actions or decisions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
